Content：
Allow the elderly to learn table tennis skills while killing time and keeping fit. During the exercise, it focuses on training waist strength and hand-eye coordination. It is a very suitable sport for the elderly to participate in. Through activities, seniors with motivation and potential will be invited to join the table tennis team of the Centre to participate in future training activities.
